· All rates are quoted in Australian dollars -   AUD.

· Rates are subject to change without notice.

· A deposit of one night's accommodation is required on all bookings, with the balance of account payable on arrival.

· Check In: 2.00pm            Check Out: 10.00am

· Cots and Highchairs available for hire.

· 3½% surcharge applies to AMEX and Diners

· If a booking is cancelled 14 days or more before arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full (less $50.00 administration charge).

· If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded only if the apartment is re-let.
