Check in time is from 2 pm. If you arrive before 2 pm and your room is not ready, we are happy to store your luggage for you.

Deposit – Direct Bookings
We take full payment for the stay before arrival. This allows a faster check-in procedure and guarantees the room is booked.

Security Bond
We require full payment prior to arrival and upon check-in we pre-authorise the guest’s credit card for a variable amount of $1 to $500 depending on the date (event date, full house etc.) in order to open up an account for any extra charges that might occur during the guest’s stay. If the guest can’t provide a credit card, a cash deposit of $500 is required upon check-in.

Cancellations – Direct Bookings
Our property allows for flexible, and non-refundable bookings. Flexible reservations may be cancelled, or modified up to 48 hours before checkin, and also receive a daily room servicing. 
Non-Refundable reservations are heavily discounted and as such cannot be cancelled or modified at all and do not receive daily servicing

After Hours Instructions
If you plan on arriving after 7pm we can arrange for your key to be available to you in our after hours key safe. The key is accessible via the use of a special single-use PIN code. Please advise in advance if you require this.
If reception is closed when you arrive, your room keycards will be in the orange night safe on the wall outside reception, in the corner by the red hose reel at the back of the disabled car park. Your keycard opens the security garage door via the keycard slot that is on the first charcoal grey pillar on your right as you enter the driveway. The lift is through the glass doors on your left as you enter the garage. The keycard also gives pedestrian access to the garage and your room or apartment. If you have problems please call 3256 5500. In receiving your keys from the night safe, you are accepting the terms & conditions of your stay at The Chermside Apartments. A copy will be emailed to you.
Please remember to come to reception to sign your registration card and reactivate your room key for use after 7am

Free At Home Style Breakfast
Free At Home Style Breakfast includes cereal, OJ, toast, fruit, tea and coffee and is served on Level 1 opposite the pool deck from 7am to 9am daily.

Housekeeping Policy
For this room type daily service is provided on the flexi rate option / NO DAILY SERVICE on the heavily discounted non-refundable rate option.
Daily housekeeping is not available on public holidays. Clean linen is available on request.
